チャチャチャ(サルサ)25分、バチャータ25分のフットワーク（足の動かし方）をメインに、楽しくて、お洒落で、十分に汗も流せる内容となっています。自粛疲れをリフレッシュ！自宅でも、野外でも、音楽にのってみんなでスッキリしましょう。 もちろん、フットワーク自体、ペアワーク（男女で踊ること）を見据えて構成されています。後々、役にたつこと間違いなしです。まだしばらくはペアワークは踊れませんが、この機会に、いろいろなベーシックやターンそして足の遊び方、身に付けたいですね。
