〜〜 Zoom オンラインLiveレッスン概要 〜〜

 

サルサ25分、バチャータ25分のフットワーク（足の動かし方）をメインに、楽しくて、お洒落で、十分に汗も流せる内容となっています。自粛疲れをリフレッシュ！自宅でも、野外でも、音楽にのってみんなでスッキリしましょう。 もちろん、フットワーク自体、ペアワーク（男女で踊ること）を見据えて構成されています。後々、役にたつこと間違いなしです。まだしばらくはペアワークは踊れませんが、この機会に、いろいろなベーシックやターンそして足の遊び方、身に付けたいですね。

２）バチャータのフットワーク（25分）

 

新しいフットワーク2つの説明　→ 繰り返し練習　→　質問　→ 音楽で2~3曲通し

 

（全55分）

 

※進行状況をみてフットワークを追加する場合がございます。追加する内容は、過去【3分ラテンダンシング】で配信した内容となります。もちろん、最初からご説明いたしますので初めての方もご安心ください。

1) Salsa footwork (25min)

Two new footwork explanations → Repeated practice → Questions → 2 or 3 songs through music

2) Bachata footwork (25min)

Two new footwork explanations → Repeated practice → Questions → 2 or 3 songs through music

*Footwork may be added depending on the progress. The added content is the content delivered in the past [3min Latin Dancing]. Of course, we will explain from the beginning, so please be assured even if you are new to it.
